This is the title of Vienna ArtWeek 2022, which also challenges lawyers. We should question the proliferation of legal provisions, their lack of clarity and their need for interpretation.

Take copyright law, for example: the corpus of legal provisions consists of more than 10 international agreements, 15 EU directives and national laws. Therefore, even the answer of specialists to questions that seem simple is often a mere "MAYBE".
